Laser Weld Operator - 2nd Shift-Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-2am $20/hour

CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift - Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm $26/hour

Extrusion Operator - 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3:30pm $20/hour

Brake Press Operator - Weekend Friday-Sunday 5am-5:30pm Starting at $25/hour

We are seeking skilled and versatile Machine Operators to support manufacturing operations across multiple production areas, including CNC machining, extrusion, brake press, and laser welding. These roles are responsible for operating, setting up, and maintaining equipment to produce high-quality products while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation & Setup

Set up and operate CNC machines, extrusion lines, press brake equipment, and laser welding systems
Load materials, tooling, and fixtures; ensure proper alignment and calibration
Run machining, forming, extrusion, and welding processes per specifications

Production & Quality Control

Monitor production to maintain efficiency and meet output targets
Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Ensure all products meet quality standards and engineering specifications

Blueprints & Programming

Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and SOPs
Utilize or edit CNC programs (G & M code knowledge preferred)
Understand job orders and input production data into systems like Epicor

Material Handling & Documentation

Safely handle raw materials and finished products
Maintain accurate production records (reports, scrap logs, tally sheets)
Perform basic computer and data entry tasks

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

Perform routine equipment maintenance and tool changes
Identify and resolve minor mechanical or process issues
Support continuous improvement efforts to reduce downtime and increase efficiency

Safety & Compliance

Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
2+ years of machine operation or manufacturing experience
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
Experience with measuring tools and quality inspection
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, lifting)
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to read, write, and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CNC machining, extrusion, brake press, or welding
Knowledge of G-code and CNC programming basics
Familiarity with materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel
Experience with SolidWorks, Mastercam, or similar software
Technical or vocational training in manufacturing or welding
Previous experience using ERP systems (e.g., Epicor)

Work Environment

Manufacturing / production setting
Requires frequent standing, lifting, bending, and reaching
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
PPE required (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection)

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
