Full Job Description

Now Hiring Machine Operators! (2nd and 3rd Shift)

We’re hiring CNC Machine Operators to support production in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for candidates with machining or production experience who can work with tools, measurements, and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to produce parts
Load, unload, and package materials
Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
Measure and inspect parts for quality
Record production and scrap data
Monitor machines and report any issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Experience

1+ year of machine operator or manufacturing experience
Ability to read a tape measure
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Experience

CNC experience (lathe, mill)
Calipers or precision measurement tools
Production, machining, or fabrication experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farley, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
