Full Job Description

PRICE REALTY MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, is seeking an experienced bilingual property manager who loves building a sense of community. We are looking for a hands-on leader for our established N. Dallas garden-style property. In this role, you will nurture our mature, close-knit neighborhood, foster long-term resident relationships, and lead a dedicated on-site team."

The Property Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the community, ensuring it is maintained to a market-ready standard while fostering a positive environment for residents and a motivating culture for staff. You will manage all aspects of the property, including marketing, leasing, maintenance, and budgeting, to maximize profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Operational Leadership: Direct day-to-day operations to ensure high-level service, compliance with company policies, and adherence to Fair Housing laws. Responsible for recruiting, training and developing site personnel.
Financial Performance: Maximize income, control expenditures and maintain financial objectives through effective planning and control to meet re-determined budgetary goals. Prepare and manage the annual budget, monitor expenses, and submit monthly/quarterly financial reports to ownership.
Leasing & Marketing: Effectively maintain product knowledge of community and competitive communities through consistent evaluation of market conditions and trends. Drive revenue by implementing creative marketing strategies, analyzing competition, and ensuring leasing goals are met.
Resident Retention: Maintain high occupancy by fostering a positive community, promptly resolving conflicts, and managing lease renewals.
Team Development: Hire, train, motivate, and mentor on-site leasing and maintenance staff to build a high-performing team.
Property Maintenance: Regularly inspect the property to ensure it is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Sound knowledge of on-site maintenance requirements including experience with vendors and contractors.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 7+ years of multifamily property management experience; 5+ years of management experience. Ability to handle property maintenance coordination efficiently while managing facilities management responsibilities.

Software Proficiency: Experience with RealPage OneSite property management software and MS Office Suite.

Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, customer service, and strong communication skills.

Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) required.

Certification: Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar designation is a plus.
