Full Job Description

My client a well established rural health system in Maine is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Case Management/Swing Bed Coordinator to join their team. Bring your love of the coastal outdoors to this great hospital. Picturesque harbors dotted with fishing boats, and meandering rivers are found in this classic New England town. Enjoy lots of cross-country skiing, boating, fishing, beautiful woods, and the majestic Atlantic shore. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting in the areas of discharge planning, utilization review, and resource management. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package.
