Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, where your energy and enthusiasm will drive customer satisfaction and sales growth! In this pivotal role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our company, engaging with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and foster long-term relationships. Your proactive approach will ensure seamless order processing, effective communication, and exceptional client experiences. This position offers a vibrant environment where your sales acumen and customer service expertise can truly shine!

Responsibilities

Manage inbound inquiries from prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and chat channels, delivering prompt and professional support.
Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate selections to clients.
Utilize Up Sheets and RFMS to track customer interactions, manage client accounts, and document sales activities with precision.
Collaborate across departments such as marketing, product development, and installaion support to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Process orders accurately using order management tools while maintaining detailed records of transactions and client communications.
Build strong relationships with clients through proactive outreach, personalized service, and ongoing account management strategies.
Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, supporting data-driven decision making that benefits both the client and the company.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles
Demonstrated proficiency with computer input for managing customer relationships effectively.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, account management practices, and client communication strategies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
Familiarity with project management principles to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical skills for interpreting customer data to inform sales strategies and improve service delivery.
