Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Support Manager to assist in all operational activities. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for optimizing workflows to support our team’s success. Join us to play a key role in fostering a productive, well-managed environment that drives organizational excellence.

Operations Support Manager is responsible for ensuring our field crews have the tools, equipment, materials and logistical support they need to perform efficiently.

This Role owns shop organization, fleet and equipment readiness, inventory control, and operational support.

*Insurance provided to Employee; additional dependents are an added cost.

Responsibilities

Maintain effective communication.
Inventory, tools, truck and vendor receiving and shipping
Improve shop / warehouse layout and organization
Coordinate fleet maintenance
Test and repair equipment
Support purchasing
Stage Material
Improve inventory accuracy
Clean & Organize laydown yard and shops
Deliver material and equipment in a timely maner

Experience

Experience in schedule management
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written
Some Construction experience perfered
Ability to properly and safely load and haul equipment, utilizing several different types of trailers and vehicles.
Class E licenses preferred, would need to be obtained before operating company vehicles
Good Driving record
Punctuality and accountability
Osha 10 preferred , would need to be completed at start time.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
