JOB SUMMARY (LINE COOK)

As a line cook, your execution of our recipes will impress every customer by using our fresh ingredients of the day. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that can handle working in a fast paced-team environment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Set up cook stations, ensure prep items are always available on the cook line, and restock as needed
Prepare food items according to recipes, portions, and presentation specifications in a timely matter
Uphold our high restaurant kitchen sanitation and food service safety standards
Support with opening, running, and closing cleaning duties
Help Chef and team with any other Kitchen duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

1 year + experience minimum
Food Handlers Card (required)
Friendly and positive attitude
Courteous and professional with coworkers
Preparation and construction of dishes in a quick and timely matter (once you know the dishes)
Coachable with ability to apply feedback
Strong communicator and active listener
Must be able to stand for several hours
