Position Overview
We're looking for motivated, multi-state licensed telehealth providers to join our growing healthcare operations platform. This role focuses on Primary Care with an emphasis on longevity, wellness, men's health, and women's health.
You'll deliver virtual care to patients seeking evidence-based treatments including testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), GLP-1 weight loss medications, peptide therapies, erectile dysfunction treatments, and other men's and women's health clinical services.
Licensure Requirement:
Must hold one or more active, unrestricted medical licenses in U.S. states.
Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct synchronous and asynchronous telehealth consultations for men's health, weight management, and longevity-focused primary care
- Evaluate patients for hormone replacement therapy, GLP-1 agonists, peptide protocols, and ED treatments following evidence-based clinical guidelines
- Order and interpret labs, prescribe medications, and manage ongoing treatment plans
- Document all encounters accurately and in compliance with state and federal telehealth regulations
- Collaborate with the clinical operations team to maintain consistent care standards across all 50 states and DC
- Stay current on emerging therapies and best practices in men's and women's health and longevity medicine
Required Qualifications:
- Current, active medical license (MD or DO) in one or more U.S. states, with willingness and ability to obtain licensure in multiple states
- Valid DEA and CSR registrations with authorization to prescribe controlled and uncontrolled substances in one or more U.S. states
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a virtual/telehealth practice setting
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR platforms and comfort with asynchronous and synchronous care models
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach
- Ability to work flexibly across U.S. time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with testosterone replacement therapy, GLP-1 therapies, or peptide-based treatments
- Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or a related specialty
- Prior experience working within an MSO or multi-provider digital health organization
- Active licensure in all 50 states
