What is Prime IV?

The multi-location franchise in NW Arkansas is locally owned by Nirmal Kilambi and Johnny Weber, and operated by Cade Kilambi! We strive to change people's lives with love, kindness, and hustle whether you are a client or employee with us! We are proud of our 7th location in Fayetteville, AR within Fayetteville Athletic Club. Look for our other Prime IV locations in Rogers, AR; Frisco, TX and Mockingbird Ln in Dallas, TX; and Knoxville, Farragut, and Franklin, TN.

Enough of the sales pitch…. What’s the position all about??

Pay:

$28 to $32 hourly, plus tips

Pay is dependent on qualifications, position (part time), and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages at other spas from $7 to $15 per hour additional wage.

Spa Hours:

9AM to 6PM M-Fr

10AM to 3PM Sat

10am- 3PM Sun

Essential Duties

-Customer experience 50%

-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture 30%

-Administrative duties (checking customers out, cleaning spa, organizing and restocking) 10%

-Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in the metro community 10%

Essential Qualifications

-Registered nurse

-Skilled and experienced in starting IV’s

-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community

-Passion for people, customers and Prime IV team

-MUST be able to work some weekends

What will I do in this role?

-Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

-Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV’s therapies.

-Customer experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Frisco and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

-Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory and ordering of supplies. Our lead nurse will assume these responsibilities but can delegate and assist with the owners as necessary.
