Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Fayetteville, AR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Dependent on merit and productivity: $20-$25 per hour
Schedule: Monday through Friday, with overtime available. General start and finish time is 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, but this can be discussed.

Tesseract Fab. in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a diligent, organized, and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to support and enhance the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The Quality Assurance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring product quality through direct mechanical inspection of parts during receiving, in-process, final, and First Article Inspection (FAI) stages. This individual will use precision measuring tools and computer systems to verify that products conform to drawings, blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements. Responsibilities also include maintaining QMS documentation, conducting audits, supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience in a manufacturing quality environment is highly preferred.
Knowledge and Qualifications Required
- Proficient in mechanical inspection processes for receiving, in-process, final, and First Article inspections
- Skilled in the use of precise measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, surface plates, and CMMs
- Ability to interpret and apply drawings, blueprints, technical specifications, and work instructions
- Strong knowledge of AS, ISO, and quality system requirements
- Understanding of machining, and sheet metal fabrication processes
- Capable of drafting, reviewing, and updating QMS-related documents (procedures, forms, records)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based documentation systems
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) preferred experience.
Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs for product inspection
- Frequent standing, squatting, kneeling, bending, and walking
- Use of personal protective equipment including safety glasses, earplugs, gloves
