Full Job Description

Bell Street Burritos is a fast paced, locally owned QSR with a focus on Mission style Burritos, taqueria style tacos and quesadillas. Routinely voted Best Burritos in Atlanta. We are looking for an Assistant Manager with management experience and a positive attitude. We are closed on Sundays, so, yes, you can plan on going to your cousin's wedding!

OVERVIEW

Supervise Front of House and Back of House operation of a single location of Bell Street Burritos. Responsible for the P&L controllable costs, development of personnel, maintenance of Health protocols, complete understanding of Bell Street food concept and quality requirements, and oversight of the guest experience.

STRATEGIC PLANNING

Participate in weekly Managers meeting
Perform weekly Food and Beverage inventories

SERVICE / STAFFING

Lead by example
Apportion of FOH/BOH tasks to maintain the expected level of efficiency for the entire restaurant during service.

HEALTH COMPLIANCE / SAFETY / CLEANLINESS

Supervise the FOH/BOH team to ensure all are trained on Food Handling
Supervise adherence to the health department regarding time / temp standards.
Train FOH/BOH departments to use equipment safely and correctly and notify RM of maintenance issues.
Ensure FOH/BOH cleanliness, through the supervision of adhering to a regular cleaning schedule, directing others in the appropriate use of chemicals, and correcting deviations from standards as observed.

Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
