Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Coordinator to join our team and drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their accounts with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your energetic approach will ensure seamless communication, foster strong relationships, and support the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative environment where customer satisfaction and operational excellence are at the forefront.

Responsibilities

Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Manage client accounts using HSRM and EHR systems such as Therapynotes, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client goals.
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze client accounts, identify opportunities for growth, and recommend strategic actions.
Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly, addressing inquiries effectively, and ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Collaborate with VA teams to develop tailored engagement strategies that strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

Proven experience in client services or account management within a ealthcare environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently..
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a talent for building rapport and managing client relationships.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data for decision-making purposes and to support customer relationship management initiatives.
Familiarity with Google Workspace (Word, Sheets, Slides) for reporting and documentation purposes.
Experience working in a customer-centric role that involves managing customer accounts and providing solutions-oriented support.
