Front of House - Food Runner / Busser

What You’ll Do

Deliver food with real warmth and genuine conversation — not scripts

Relentless Hospitality

Anticipate needs before guests ask — refills, clearing plates, resetting tables
(“Spotting needs across the room and jumping in”)
Run food quickly and accurately, ensuring every dish arrives at peak quality
Support teammates without being asked, especially during rushes
Handle guest concerns with calmness, grace, and generosity

Core Responsibilities

Run food from the expo line to tables with accuracy and speed
Ensure dishes meet Biscuit Belly’s quality and presentation standards
Clear and reset tables quickly to maintain dining room flow
Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and guest‑ready at all times
Assist with drink refills, pre‑bussing, and guest needs
Communicate clearly with FOH and BOH to keep service smooth
Support expo, servers, and cashiers during peak periods
