Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and passion for cleanliness will create welcoming, pristine environments for our guests. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and comfort across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication will directly enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the reputation of our hotel as a clean, safe, and inviting destination. Responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to ensure a spotless environment.
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, and restrooms to uphold high standards of hygiene and appearance.
Perform floor care duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to keep all surfaces in pristine condition.
Restock supplies like toiletries, linens, towels, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency.
Follow safety protocols for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment while adhering to health regulations.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and continued quality standards.
Assist with janitorial tasks during busy periods or special events to support overall cleanliness efforts.

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning or custodial roles; hotel experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards within hospitality settings.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and steam cleaners safely and effectively.
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness throughout the property.
Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with hospitality industry standards and janitorial best practices; previous housekeeping management experience is a plus.
