Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the development of compelling visual communications across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, product marketing, packaging, and technical communications within the electronics or technology industry.

This role collaborates closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and external vendors to create engaging visual assets that effectively communicate complex technical information while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creative development and execution of marketing and brand initiatives.
Design product packaging, labels, user manuals, specification sheets, and installation guides.
Create marketing collateral including brochures, catalogs, advertisements, trade show graphics, presentations, and sales materials.
Design digital assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, online advertising, and e-commerce platforms.
Develop product launch campaigns and promotional materials for new electronic products.
Maintain and evolve corporate brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
Translate technical product information into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure design accuracy for technical content.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers and freelancers.
Coordinate with print vendors, photographers, and production partners to ensure quality execution.
Stay current with design trends, consumer electronics markets, and emerging creative technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, or a related field.
5–8+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the electronics, technology, or manufacturing industry.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Experience designing for both print production and digital platforms.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, product marketing, and technical communication projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing consumer electronics or industrial products.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with Figma or similar collaborative design tools.
Understanding of packaging regulations and print production processes.
Experience working with product lifecycle marketing.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
