Position Summary

The Clinic Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring a seamless patient experience. This role involves extensive interaction with patients and providers, coordination of scheduling, and management of administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule in-person and virtual patient appointments
Manage and optimize provider calendars to ensure efficiency
Serve as a primary point of contact for patients, delivering exceptional customer service
Handle inbound and outbound communications, including phone and email
Track, collect, and maintain patient intake forms and documentation
Monitor referrals and manage incoming faxes
Audit daily schedules and proactively fill cancellations
Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth workflow and patient care continuity
Support practice growth by guiding patients through services and follow-up care.

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities

Proven customer service experience
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

High level of attention to detail
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Prior scheduling experience required
Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of customer service experience (required)
Strong computer skills (preferred)
Ability to commute to Fayetteville, AR 72701 (required)
Must be able to relocate prior to start date if necessary

Full-time
Monday through Friday
