We are looking for a driven, experienced Automotive Store Manager to take the helm of an established, high-performing full-service repair and tire shop in Fayetteville. This is not a turnaround project and it is not a startup. This is a proven, profitable location with a loyal customer base, and we need a strong leader ready to take it even higher.

What You Will Do

Oversee daily operations of a busy, established repair and tire shop
Lead, coach, and motivate your technicians and service advisors
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
Drive continued sales growth, profitability, and customer retention
Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop productivity
Monitor financial performance and key shop metrics
Manage inventory, vendors, and parts ordering
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Execute and refine the systems and processes that keep this shop performing
Partner with ownership on continued growth and improvement

Automotive service management or shop leadership experience preferred
Extremely personable and customer-focused, someone who genuinely cares about every interaction
