Transaction & Listing Coordinator

Your Opportunity:

What You’ll Do:

Provide a world class client experience for clients through phone and email on behalf of the team through contract and beyond.
Strong communication with clients to guide them through the listing process including marketing updates and regular check ins.
Manage the quality of the pre-list, listing launch, and active list process.
Own the quality and accuracy of listing data, descriptions, and pictures in the MLS.
Coordinate photography, staging, sign installation, and other listing launch functions.
Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies, and mortgage brokers.
Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain accurate and compliant transaction files (inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc.).
Create timelines and follow-up processes/check-ins with agents to ensure all transaction deadlines are met resulting in a timely closing.
Be an expert user and coach of in-house technology and tools.
Manage marketing plans & listing syndication.
Create or quality control listing marketing materials.
Generate reviews and referrals from clients during and after the transaction.
Build and implement systems that save time and create efficiencies.
Maintain the marketing related expenses/budget.
Complete the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions.
Keep the team leader informed of any challenges that arise and bring solutions to the table.
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, PLACE trainings, and Brivity trainings.

Required Background:

Ability to do highly detailed work while delivering a consistently excellent customer experience
1+ years experience in an administrative role and/or managerial position
1+ years in a role requiring some form of marketing/reputation management
1+ years experience in an administrative role within the real estate industry or a related field
Willing to obtain a real estate license within one year of hire

Other Details:

Compensation depending on experience, ranges from $50,000-55,000/yr
This role is full-time role (30 hours or more per week), in-office
