As a Financial Services Staff Manager, you will recruit, develop, and engage a team of financial representatives, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support necessary to succeed. You will oversee performance, provide coaching and mentorship, and assume accountability for achieving the sales goals established for your staff or agency.

Western & Southern Life offers a competitive compensation plan with a targeted base salary hiring range of $70,000 – $100,000, plus eligibility for performance-based incentives in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

This salary range reflects our targeted base pay hiring range for the position. The final determination on base pay for any position will be determined based on multiple factors to ensure pay equity within the organization.

As a full-time Financial Services Staff Manager, you will also be eligible to participate in Western & Southern Life’s benefit plans, subject to the terms of those plans. Our benefits include medical and dental insurance, access to an Employee Assistance Program, a 401(k) plan with company match, and a defined benefit pension plan (we are among just 15 of the top U.S. companies still offering a traditional Defined Benefit Plan), along with additional rewards and long-term incentive opportunities.

Minimum qualifications include a State Life and Health Insurance license, a minimum of two years of life insurance sales experience, demonstrated success recruiting and developing high-performing teams, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure. Series 6 registration is preferred, along with Series 63 registration where applicable.
