A-Level Automotive Service Advisor$90,000–$185,000+ | Monday–Friday | A-Level Technicians | No Weekends

Are you an experienced Service Advisor who knows how to build trust with customers, sell needed repairs professionally, and keep a busy shop moving?

If you’re good at what you do, you already know that having great technicians behind you makes all the difference.

That’s exactly what we’re offering.

We’re a family-owned independent automotive repair business looking for an A-Level Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience, confidently present recommended repairs, and build long-term relationships with our customers.

EARN $90K–$185K+

Our compensation is based on experience and ability, with earning potential of $90,000–$185,000+ for the right person.

We’re looking for an advisor who understands that this position is about much more than writing up repair orders.

Your job is to:

· Build trust with customers

· Understand their concerns and explain repairs clearly

· Professionally present technician recommendations

· Sell needed maintenance and repairs without pressure or gimmicks

· Build long-term customer relationships

· Communicate effectively with technicians

· Help keep the shop organized and productive

· Follow proven processes that create consistency and eliminate unnecessary chaos

· $90,000–$185,000+ earning potential, depending on experience and ability

· Monday–Friday schedule

· NO WEEKENDS — we are closed Saturday and Sunday

Experience in an independent automotive repair shop is strongly preferred.
