Full Job Description

Company Overview
Elite Ultrasound Group (EUG) is a leading ultrasound contract company providing high-quality, on-call ultrasound services for Free Standing Emergency Rooms across the United States. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Registered Sonographers to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Emergency Room in Bremerton, WA.

This position offers availability compensation plus pay for every completed exam, creating an excellent supplemental income opportunity for experienced sonographers seeking flexible scheduling and competitive earnings.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations in an emergency department setting

Perform vascular ultrasound studies as needed

Provide excellent patient care while maintaining professional standards

Accurately document patient information and imaging findings

Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and emergency department staff

Maintain ultrasound equipment and report operational concerns as needed

Follow infection control and patient safety protocols

Qualifications

RDMS certification required

Vascular experience required

RVT certification preferred

OB/GYN experience preferred

Minimum three years of ultrasound experience preferred

Emergency Department experience strongly preferred

Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and patient care skills

Reliable transportation and dependable response times

Schedule

Weekday, evening and overnight coverage opportunities

Weekend coverage opportunities

On-call schedule

Flexible scheduling available
