Champion Plastics, an IATF certified custom injection molder of functional plastics, is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Die Setter to become a vital part of our family-oriented team.

We pride ourselves on over 45 years of excellence in supplying the automotive, industrial, and consumer markets. Located in Auburn Hills, Michigan, we leverage cutting-edge lean manufacturing strategies to ensure we not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations.

About the Role:

This is a 2nd or 3rd shift, full-time on-site position. You'll be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in setting up and maintaining production tooling and auxiliary equipment. You will be involved in material handling, light assembly, and other miscellaneous duties, adding variety to your workday.

About You:

Experience with mold setup and operation in plastic injection molding
Experience working with production equipment, specifically the setup and maintenance of tooling
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining quality standards
Experience in manufacturing and understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
Understanding of safety regulations and willingness to follow them
Excellent communication and problem solving skills
