Evening Radiology Assistant
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time (Based on Experience)

Prime Radiology Consultants is committed to providing top-tier radiology services through an innovative teleradiology platform and a highly skilled medical team. Our board-certified radiologists, trained at the nation’s leading institutions, ensure exceptional imaging support.

We are currently seeking a Radiology Assistant for Second and Third Shift to support our radiologists, referring physicians, and clinical staff. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflow, managing electronic images, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Responsibilities:

Provide support services to radiologists, physicians, technologists, and clinical staff.
Retrieve films, manage electronic images, and locate patient information as needed.
Read and write legibly, complete necessary forms, and follow detailed instructions accurately.
Communicate effectively with physicians, staff, and outside customers, both in person and over the phone.
Utilize medical terminology and basic anatomy knowledge to interact with medical personnel.
Operate and navigate advanced IT systems, demonstrating intermediate computer skills.
Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize workload to maintain continuity of care.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling patient information.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a medical or radiology setting preferred.
Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Ability to multitask and demonstrate attention to detail.
Proficiency with computer systems and imaging software.
Must be reliable and able to work evening shift hours.
Second Shift 3p-11p or 4p-12a
Third shift 11:30p-7:30a/10p-8am
3 month training in person
