Position Overview

A warm, active family seeking an exceptional Estate Manager to oversee the daily operations of their home. This long-term opportunity is ideal for a seasoned private household professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable attention to detail, and takes pride in creating an exceptionally organized and efficiently run household.

The ideal candidate is proactive, intuitive, and highly resourceful, with the ability to anticipate the family's needs before they arise. This individual is self-directed, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and consistently maintains the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and service.

While the primary focus is household management, the Estate Manager will occasionally transport the children to and from school and activities, assist with serving family meals, and provide additional support to ensure the home operates seamlessly.

Primary Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations and organization of the household
Create and maintain efficient household systems and routines
Ensure the home remains immaculate, organized, and guest-ready
Coordinate household inventory and proactively replenish supplies
Run household errands and manage family-related tasks
Coordinate appointments, vendors, deliveries, and service professionals
Safely transport the children to and from school and activities as needed
Provide occasional childcare support when parents require an extra set of hands
Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of professional House Manager, Family Assistant, Estate Assistant, or similar private household experience
Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills
Professional, polished, discreet, and service-oriented
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
Outstanding professional references and ability to pass a comprehensive background check
Pet friendly
