Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dynamic outpatient therapy team. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, from infants and children to adults and seniors, delivering evidence-based, compassionate care to help individuals achieve maximum independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients across the lifespan with a variety of physical, developmental, sensory, and cognitive challenges.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, age-specific needs, and clinical assessment.
Provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions, including sensory integration, fine motor coordination, ADL training, adaptive equipment recommendations, and caregiver education.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical therapists, speech therapists, physicians, and other providers.
Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress notes in accordance with professional and regulatory standards.
Educate families and caregivers on home programs and strategies to support functional improvement.
Maintain a safe and engaging therapy environment for patients of all ages.

Qualifications:

Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in the state.
Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an credited Occupational Therapy program.
Experience or strong interest in working with both pediatric and adult/geriatric populations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt treatment approaches across age groups and diagnoses.
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred:

Previous outpatient therapy experience.
Training or certifications in pediatric sensory integration, developmental delays, or neurological rehabilitation.
