Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / EIDBI Level 2 Provider
Location: Fergus Falls and surrounding communities (In-home & Clinic-Based)
Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time
Pay: $21.56 – $23.47 per hour + mileage reimbursement

Position Overview

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / EIDBI Level 2 Provider, you will deliver 1:1, play-based, and skill-building interventions to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related conditions.

You will work under the supervision of a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to implement individualized treatment plans that build communication, independence, and meaningful life skills across home, clinic, and community settings.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct, 1:1 ABA therapy services to clients
Implement individualized treatment plans with high fidelity
Teach critical skills including:
Communication
Daily living skills
Social interaction
Emotional and behavioral regulation
Collect accurate session data to track progress and outcomes
Collaborate with caregivers to support skill generalization
Participate in ongoing supervision, coaching, and training
Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environment
Follow all ethical, clinical, and documentation standards

Qualifications

Required:

18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
One of the following:
1,000 hours of supervised experience with individuals with ASD or related conditions
Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days of hire
Completion (or willingness to complete) DHS EIDBI 101 and Level II training
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently within structured protocols

Preferred:

Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience in ABA, early intervention, or human services
RBT certification
CPR/First Aid certification
Multilingual or multicultural experience

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Services provided in homes, clinics, and community settings
Active, play-based sessions requiring:
Sitting on the floor
Kneeling, bending, and movement
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Ability to remain calm, patient, and responsive during high-energy sessions
