Company: Natod MANAGEMENT
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan
Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 10–25 hours per week
Compensation: depending on experience, plus performance incentive

The Opportunity

Natod Management is looking for an experienced, highly organized Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day bookkeeping and office administration while also helping us provide excellent customer service and follow up on sales opportunities.

This is an ideal position for an experienced bookkeeper or office manager who wants meaningful responsibility and a flexible part-time schedule.

We are looking for someone who doesn’t just complete assigned tasks. We want someone who notices what needs to be done, follows through and helps keep the business organized.

Primary Responsibilities are as follows:

Bookkeeping

· Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks.

· Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

· Prepare and send customer invoices.

· Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on collections.

· Reconcile bank and credit-card accounts.

· Maintain accurate customer and vendor records.

· Coordinate payroll information as needed.

· Prepare basic financial reports for management.

· Maintain organized financial records.

· Coordinate with our CPA/accountant when necessary.

Office Management

· Answer and manage customer phone calls and emails during scheduled hours.

· Maintain organized company, customer and vendor records.

· Assist with administrative paperwork and order documentation.

· Coordinate with customers and vendors.

· Keep management informed of items requiring attention.

· Develop simple systems to ensure important tasks and customer follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.

Customer & Sales Follow-Up

This is not a traditional outside-sales position.

We want someone comfortable communicating with customers and helping turn existing opportunities into business.

Responsibilities include:

· Follow up on outstanding customer quotes.

· Respond to incoming customer inquiries.

· Follow up with existing customers.

· Re-engage customers who have not purchased recently.

· Maintain a simple list or pipeline of outstanding opportunities.

· Ask customers about upcoming needs and opportunities.

· Help convert inquiries and quotes into orders.

· Provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Ideal Candidate

· 3+ years of bookkeeping, office management or similar experience preferred.

· Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks.

· Experience with A/R, A/P, invoicing and bank reconciliation.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable communicating with customers by phone and email.

· Comfortable following up on quotes and asking customers for the order.

· Able to work independently without constant supervision.

· Strong follow-through.

· Professional and dependable.

Schedule

Approximately 10–25 hours per week.

We are open to discussing the exact schedule with the right candidate.

Consistent weekday availability is preferred.

Compensation will be depending on experience.

Additional performance incentives may be available for measurable sales results and exceptional performance.

What Success Looks Like:

After the first 90 days:

· QuickBooks and financial records are accurate and current.

· A/R and A/P are organized and actively managed.

· Outstanding receivables receive consistent follow-up.

· Customer calls and emails receive prompt attention.

· Outstanding quotes are being systematically followed up.

· Management has visibility into outstanding customer opportunities.

· Office administrative tasks are organized and under control.

· The employee requires minimal day-to-day supervision.

This isn’t a bookkeeping job where you spend your entire day entering transactions.

You’ll have an important role in helping keep NATOD organized, taking care of customers and making sure opportunities don’t get forgotten.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and making a measurable contribution to a small business.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
