Full Job Description

With over 25 years of experience, J&E International has been at the forefront of Nutraceutical product manufacturing. Creating products using natural ingredients, we are able to aide people in their pursuit of achieving their health and wellness goals.

We offer our customers the ability to manufacture their unique, custom formulas and packaging with the assurance of the efficacy and quality of their end-product.

Our facility in Ferndale, Washington is a state-of-the-art facility able to meet the needs of our customers whether they need product production, storage, or pick-up.

Working Hours: 4 hours per week, maximum 20 hours per month

Responsibilities and Duties

Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.
Prepare and check warehouse inventory.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
Collect, organize, and distribute UPS/FedEx or similar packages/courier.
Prepare responses to routine correspondence.
Perform general clerical duties, including bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, and letters using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
Prepare and submit or register various documents.
Carry out additional tasks as required by management.

Preferred Qualifications and Experiences:

At least 1 year experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
Excellent communication skills and a familiarity with electronic presentation/report formats (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Excellent customer service, time management, and project organizational skills.
Demonstrate ability for creative, strategic business thinking.
Previous industry experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical manufacturing
Knowlege about forklift operation is an asset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
