Senior Administrative Assistant

Reno Branch

Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you'll support Uline's Branch Manager at our Nevada location, handling communications and special projects to ensure smooth business operations. You'll play a key role in keeping priorities on track, improving processes and supporting key initiatives that contribute to the success of our growing North American company.

Position Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager at Uline’s Nevada location, organizing reporting, preparing memos and identifying data trends.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings and interviews, and arrange travel.
Maintain and improve department documentation, processes and procedures.
Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.

Minimum Requirements

High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years administrative / clerical experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.
Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
