M–X Insulation LLC is a growing, locally owned insulation contractor serving residential and commercial customers throughout Northern Utah. We are looking for a motivated, self-driven Outside Sales Representative who wants to control their own income through uncapped commissions.

Compensation
100% Commission – Uncapped Earnings
Estimated annual earning potential: $80,000–$120,000+
This is a commission-only position. The salary shown on Indeed represents estimated annual earnings based on successful sales performance and is not a guaranteed salary.
Responsibilities
- Generate new residential and commercial insulation projects through:
- Networking
- Referrals
- Cold calling
- Door-to-door prospecting
- Builder and contractor relationships
- Meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and property managers.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs.
- Prepare accurate insulation estimates.
- Present insulation solutions and close sales.
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to prepare estimates (training available).
- Learn M–X Insulation's products, services, and installation methods.
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the office and installation team to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Use company software and Microsoft Office to prepare estimates, communicate with customers, and track sales activity.
- Represent M–X Insulation professionally within the community.
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred.
- Construction or home improvement experience is a plus but not required.
- Experience in roofing, HVAC, siding, windows, garage doors, or other home improvement sales is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to read construction blueprints or willingness to learn.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, or the ability to quickly learn them.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be willing to learn all aspects of the insulation business, including products, installation methods, estimating, and industry best practices.
