Full Job Description

*Job Overview*

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial concepts and be proficient in Quickbooks Online. This job is flexible in the amount of hours and schedule.

*Duties*

- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions

- Assist with company accounting tasks

- Conduct general ledger reconciliation

- Submit payroll information to processor and other paperwork

- Utilize QuickBooks Online, Excel, and other accounting software as needed

*Qualifications*

- Knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles

- Experience in accounts payable, general ledger reconciliation, and credit analysis is preferred

- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, or similar accounting software

- Strong financial acumen and attention to detail
