Head Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to bring creativity, leadership, and excellence to our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diverse cuisines, excellent management skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the kitchen team, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations
Develop and update menu offerings, incorporating innovative dishes and seasonal ingredients
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety in compliance with health regulations
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs
Train, mentor, and evaluate kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
Monitor kitchen equipment and facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed
Implement and uphold sanitation and safety standards in accordance with regulatory requirements
Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong culinary skills with expertise in various cuisines and cooking techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management abilities
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resources
Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Relevant culinary certifications or degrees are preferred
Able to lift 50lbs

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role
