REGISTERED NURSE

Part-Time or Full-Time | In-Office / Surgical Support | Fishers, Indiana

The Plastic Surgery Center is a woman owned, board-certified plastic surgery practice built for patients who want more than a clinical transaction. It is for patients who want to be heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. We're building a practice where clinical excellence and real warmth coexist, and our Nurse is at the heart of making that happen for every patient, every time.

THE ROLE

As our Registered Nurse, you are the clinical anchor of a small, tightly coordinated team. You will be responsible for providing hands-on care before, during, and after surgery, and serving as a trusted, steady presence for patients navigating one of the more personal decisions of their lives. You'll work directly alongside our board-certified Physician-Owner, with the autonomy and visibility that only a boutique practice can offer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

— Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient assessment, education, and support, with warmth and clarity.

— Assist the Physician-Owner with in-office procedures and injectables.

— Manage medication administration, sterile technique, and infection control consistent with practice and OSHA protocols.

— Triage patient calls and messages with sound clinical judgment, escalating appropriately.

— Guide patients through recovery with honest, empowering care.

— Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

— Partner closely with the Front Desk Coordinator to ensure every patient's clinical and administrative journey feels seamless.

WHAT YOU BRING

— Active, unencumbered Indiana RN license.

— Current BLS certification (ACLS a plus); plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetic nursing experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.

— A calm, confident, patient bedside manner.

— Meticulous attention to detail in sterile technique, documentation, and medication handling.

— Comfort working in a small-team environment.

— A patient-first mindset that matches our brand: honesty over hype, empowerment over pressure.
