Our growing orthodontic practice is looking for the right person to join our team as a beginner Orthodontic Patient Coordinator – no prior experience required! We believe in developing great people, and we’re searching for someone who is motivated, organized, outgoing, and excited to create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish.

Locations (All are Mandatory):

667 Stoneleigh Ave, Carmel, NY 10512 1868 Pleasantville Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510 3630 Hill Blvd Suite 405 Jefferson Valley, NY 10535

Schedule:

Monday: 8:30am – 5:00pmTuesday – Friday: 9:30am – 6:00pm

What You’ll Do:

As an orthodontic patient coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for our patients while supporting the clinical and administrative team.

You'll be trained on the job to:

Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and positivity
Schedule appointments and help manage the daily patient flow
Answer phone calls, texts, and patient questions in both English and Spanish
Verify and update patient information in the system
Coordinate patient paperwork, forms, and office communication
Assist with keeping the front office clean, organized, and running efficiently
Communicate closely with doctors, assistants, and team members to provide excellent patient care
Help create a positive experience that makes patients feel comfortable and valued

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
Must be willing to travel to all locations
