Full Job Description

Dentist needed starting in August for a small unique privately owned practice that has been in business for over 25 years. You have 100% clinical autonomy. We are The Smiles Movement, and please check out our website (thesmilesmovement.com). We serve Native American children in remote locations on various reservations with our mobile dental units. We bring dental care to the children at their schools. We are the only mobile practice in Arizona. recognized by The National Health Service Corps. We have a high HPSA rating of 23 and that puts you in an excellent position to apply for student loan repayment.

We are recruiting for a flexible associate who is willing to work on the Navajo reservation. You will be provided with a furnished apartment. Generally locums do not work out, as we must have at least a one school semester commitment.

YOU MUST:

· Have an Arizona license

· Be able to travel and spend at least 3 nights away from home. If you have a significant other, they MUST agree to your travel BEFORE you apply.

· You must commit to an entire school semester or an entire school year.

GREAT OPPORTUNITY:

· You are paid on production and not collection.

· You are off every major holiday and all weekends and you take no call.

· Salaries vary with experience. You can earn up to $200,000 in a 9-month work year, plus a bonus if you complete a one school-year contract.

· We have an efficient referral system with the Indian Health Service and we have an excellent mentoring system.

· Your significant other and/or pets may travel and lodge with you.

· EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENT LOAN REPAYMENT.
