FlexTrades is hiring an experienced Swiss Machinist to set up and operate Citizen 7-axis CNC machines using Mitsubishi controls. This role focuses on precision parts, tight tolerances, and advanced materials.

Qualifications
- Proven experience with Citizen Swiss CNC machines
- Strong understanding of G & M code
- Demonstrated experience with tight-tolerance machining
- Advanced knowledge of GD&T (required)
- Ability to perform complex setups independently
- Experience inspecting precision parts using handheld tools
- Familiarity with CMM operation (preferred)
- Comfortable working with electronic documentation:
- Setup sheets, drawings, tool lists, BOMs, routers
- Ability to read and interpret inch-based blueprints and ballooned drawings
Responsibilities
- Set up and run CNC Citizen Swiss machines
- Make offsets and adjustments (no program edits)
- Machine parts from Inconel, Hastelloy, and high nickel alloys
- Inspect parts using mics, gauges, and CMM (preferred)
- Read and follow blueprints and GD&T requirements
- Complete quality checks using inspection sheets
- Load/unload parts manually
Pay and Benefits:
- Pay: $40/hour
- Guaranteed Overtime Each Week paid at time and a half

- Per diem ($45/day)
