The surgical department features a five operating room suite designed for efficiency, precision, and patient centered care. Integrated video towers, advanced scheduling tools, and modern sterilization workflows help support on time case starts and smooth turnovers. The Operating Room Clinical Manager oversees a diverse surgical case mix including general surgery, ENT, urology, gynecology, plastics, and additional specialties. Close collaboration between anesthesia, PACU, and sterile processing teams helps maintain consistent outcomes and a seamless surgical experience.

The Surgical Services Nurse Manager reports directly to the Director of Surgical Services and is supported by nurse educators, data analytics teams, and supply chain partnerships. This leadership role oversees daily operations including staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and budget management while fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and accountability. The Operating Room Nurse Manager also mentors perioperative nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members, strengthens relationships with surgeons, and promotes staff engagement. Key performance indicators include first case on time starts, turnover efficiency, infection prevention initiatives, and regulatory readiness across perioperative services.
