Licensed or Associate Therapist – Remote/Hybrid

Revitalize Clinics | Arizona
Remote, hybrid, or in person
$35–$65 per hour | Full-time or part-time

Revitalize Clinics is seeking a compassionate Arizona-licensed master's prepared therapist to provide individual and group psychotherapy within our growing interventional psychiatry practice.

This position is available remotely throughout Arizona or in person at our Flagstaff, Sedona, or Prescott Valley clinics. Training in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, treatment preparation and integration, TMS, and interventional psychiatry is provided.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must have:

A master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field
An active Arizona license that permits the provision of psychotherapy
Eligibility to provide therapy to clients located in Arizona
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
The ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
A commitment to ethical, evidence-based, trauma-informed care

We welcome applicants holding credentials such as:

Doctoral
Psychologist

Applicants at different experience levels are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide individual psychotherapy to adults experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, ADHD, and related concerns
Facilitate group therapy or integration groups as assigned
Complete clinical intakes, assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
Support clients before and after ketamine treatment through preparation and integration therapy
Collaborate with psychiatric providers, treatment coordinators, and other members of the clinical team
Participate in case consultation, supervision, and team meetings
Maintain professional, timely, and ethical communication with clients and team members
Follow all applicable licensing, privacy, documentation, and clinical standards

Preferred Experience

Experience in the following areas is helpful but not required:

Trauma-informed therapy
Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy or psychedelic integration
EMDR
Internal Family Systems
DBT
Motivational interviewing
Somatic or mindfulness-based approaches
Group therapy
Treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, or complex trauma
Collaborative work with psychiatric or medical providers

Training is available for qualified clinicians who are new to interventional psychiatry.

Schedule and Work Options

Full-time or part-time opportunities
Flexible scheduling
Remote work available for clinicians located and licensed in Arizona
Hybrid or in-person work available in Flagstaff, Sedona, or Prescott Valley
Some evening availability may be helpful but is not required unless agreed upon

Compensation

$35–$65 per hour, based on licensure, experience, responsibilities, availability, and employment arrangement.
