Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and expanding our market presence across designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in B2B sales, technical product demonstrations, and account management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where exceeding sales goals and strategic territory management are key components of success.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and client engagement
Conduct product demonstrations tailored to client needs, highlighting technical features and benefits
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet or exceed sales targets
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients in scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical sectors
Prepare compelling sales presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint and Word for client meetings
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within assigned territories
Build long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing communication
Manage territory efficiently by planning visits, follow-ups, and strategic account development

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales, or medical/scientific equipment technical sales is highly preferred
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
Excellent communication and organizational skills for client relationship building and team collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems for tracking sales activities
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals within a competitive environment
Technical knowledge relevant to pharmaceutical, medical device, or scientific equipment sales is advantageous
Experience in enterprise selling, territory management, and field sales preferred
Ability to deliver engaging product demos that clearly articulate technical features and benefits
Strong analysis skills for market research and strategic planning
Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term client relationships
Valid driver’s license for travel within assigned territories

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED requires
Strong communication and sales/marketing skills
Willing to travel in near by offices for marketing and follow-up purposes
Understanding of product and payer reimbursement landscapes
ability to collaboratively work with a variety of stakeholders, including medical offices, pharmacies, and insurance companies
