Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Service Associate to join our team! Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist clients with product information, order processing, billing questions, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
Handle outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional outreach to enhance client engagement.
Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and active listening skills to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to identify solutions for customer support problems and improve service processes.
Support sales efforts by identifying client needs and offering suitable products or services when appropriate.

Experience

Previous client services experience in a call center or customer support environment is preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Bilingual abilities in English and at least one additional language are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—are essential for success in this role.
Experience with data entry, cash handling, or outbound calling will be considered an asset.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
