Company Overview
We are a fast-growing healthcare technology company that built our proprietary platform—Boost—from the ground up. Boost helps physical therapy clinics significantly improve insurance reimbursement using smart workflows, automation, and data.
We don’t rely on off-the-shelf software. We design, build, and continuously optimize our own systems—and we’re looking for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a real tech platform works end-to-end.
Role Overview
This is an entry-level technical and analytical role designed for someone who is highly curious, systems-oriented, and comfortable working with data.
You’ll support reporting, system improvements, workflow optimization, and platform operations while learning Boost from start to finish. Over time, this role has a clear growth path into managing and optimizing the Boost platform.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to think, ask questions, and help make things better.
