**Dental experience not necessary**
Responsibilities:
· Meeting with potential patients to discuss a multitude of dental implant
procedures focusing on dental implant treatment
· Assisting potential patients in the decision-making process
· Schedule and manage dental implant consultations
· Create and present Dental Implant Treatment Plans while navigating various
insurance benefits
· Apply patients to multiple dental financing companies
· Schedule surgery for the patient and coordinate with the lab and surgeon’s
schedule
· Ensure all medical clearances for surgery are received prior to the patients
scheduled surgery date
· Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current implant
patients, ensuring a smooth transition between consultation and treatment
· Maintain records of treatment and completed transactions
· Manage follow up by reaching out to potential patients who have delayed
treatment
· Make outbound calls to potential new patients gathered from SEO, print, TV
and other lead generation methods (warm calling)
· Operate advanced imaging machinery such as a CBCT (training would be
provided)
· Be involved with implant marketing and overall branding of the practice
· Occasional travel for training purposes may be required
Qualifications:
· Elite sales and negotiation skills (3-5 years) – customer facing sales preferred· Excellent organizational skills
· Advanced understanding of financing – no fear talking about big numbers to
patients
· Demonstrated computer literacy and being comfortable with standard office
software (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
· Strong communication and rapport building skills
· Elite listening and problem-solving skills
· Self-motivated
· Outgoing and confident
· Ability to establish immediate rapport with prospective patients
· Team player
· Committed to providing excellent customer service
· Professional dress and appearance required
This position may be required to meet the demands of and be cross trained in

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
