Third Shift Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher

Pressure ProsFlint, MIFull-Time | Monday–Friday | 10:00 PM–6:00 AMStarting Pay: $16.00 per hour

Pressure Pros is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, organized, and confident Third Shift Scheduling Coordinator / Dispatcher to oversee communication and coordination with our overnight field crews.

This is an office-based position. You will serve as the primary point of contact for technicians working throughout the night and help ensure jobs are started, completed, documented, and kept on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

Receive technician check-in calls before each job begins
Receive technician check-out calls after each job is completed
Monitor multiple crews and their schedules throughout the night
Verify crews have arrived at scheduled locations
Assist technicians with scheduling, access, customer, or job-site issues
Contact the appropriate supervisor or manager when an issue requires escalation
Communicate with customers when necessary regarding overnight scheduling
Document delays, cancellations, reschedules, and job-site issues
Help coordinate crews when jobs run ahead of or behind schedule
Make sure required job information and documentation are completed
Maintain accurate notes regarding technician activity throughout the shift
Prepare an End-of-Shift Report for management
Report customer complaints, service issues, and other concerns requiring follow-up
Help maintain accountability and communication across all third-shift crews

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

Dependable and punctual
Comfortable working 10:00 PM–6:00 AM
Highly organized and able to multitask
Comfortable communicating with employees and customers by phone
Able to remain professional when dealing with stressful situations
Confident giving directions and holding employees accountable to procedures
Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, email, and electronic documentation
Capable of working independently with limited overnight supervision

Dispatching, scheduling, customer service, office administration, or management experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

Monday through Friday10:00 PM–6:00 AMFull-Time — 40 Hours Per Week

Compensation

Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
