YOUR TASKS

Manage and oversee the operations of the specific production group in accordance with company standards and procedures.
- Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and control production outputs, performing regular quality checks and making necessary adjustments.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and adherence to production schedules.
- Handle performance reviews of team members, implementing training and development plans as necessary.
- Investigate and resolve any production performance issues, implementing corrective actions promptly to minimize downtime.
- Liaise with other departments, such as quality control, maintenance, and supply chain, to ensure smooth operations and timely production.
- Enforce company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvements, working towards achieving production goals and objectives.
- Compile and maintain production reports, recording all relevant data and statistics of the production group.
- Participate in the hiring process of new production staff, and ensure proper induction and training is given.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, addressing any concerns or suggestions promptly.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Starting Hourly Wage: $25.50
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
- Proficiency in relevant manufacturing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Understanding and commitment to complying with all safety, health and environmental rules and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong record-keeping abilities, with experience in preparing and maintaining production reports and schedules.
