YOUR TASKS

Assist in maintaining, monitoring and ensuring the highest quality in services, products and operations at QLAB.
- Participate in the development and implementation of quality standards, guidelines and procedures for business operations.
- Conduct routine testing and analysis of samples to ensure they meet the set criteria and quality standards.
- Participate in the preparation of test reports for the formulated samples and maintain respective documentation.
- Support the quality improvement process by suggesting changes and enhancements to current testing procedures and systems.
- Assist in conducting regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Assist in the analysis of quality data and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Help in managing non-conformities and quality issues by supporting the root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive measures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employees' understanding of quality standards and protocols.
- Support the maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation like ISO certificates and other accreditation documents.
- Keep up to date with latest industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies and apply these learnings to drive constant improvement in our processes.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Salary Range: $55,000-$63,000

Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Business, or a related field preferred. Experience in a lab setting is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of quality standards like ISO 9001 and experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a quality assurance or quality control role.
- Proficiency in using quality inspection tools and equipment and a good understanding of statistical analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team and coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
- Strong skills in documentation and record keeping.
- Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with quality software.
- Awareness of industry-specific quality standards and regulations.
- Willingness to go through an on-the-job training and learn new quality assurance techniques and procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and meet deadlines.
