As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the Executive Chef, overseeing kitchen operations, developing team members, and ensuring every dish reflects the high standards of excellence our guests expect. This position is perfect for an individual with strong leadership skills, a passion for culinary excellence, and a commitment to teamwork and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Kitchen Leadership: Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient execution and exceptional food quality across all outlets.
Team Development: Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Culinary Excellence: Ensure consistency in food preparation, presentation, taste, and portioning while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Health & Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
Collaborative Approach: Partner with Food & Beverage leaders and other resort departments to ensure seamless guest experiences for dining events, banquets, and daily service.
Menu Creativity: Collaborate with culinary leadership to develop seasonal features, daily specials, and innovative menu offerings.
