JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, assist public school business employees in using School ERP Pro financial software. Provide hands-on assistance, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency for school staff utilizing the software.

Answer incoming calls, emails, self-service, and in-person inquiries to identify and verify user information, identify and classify the customer’s request, resolve issues directly, or assign requests as needed.

Communicate efficiently and effectively both verbally and in writing with customers and team members to Enrich Lives Beyond Expectation.

Close work orders, verify that all troubleshooting steps and user notes have been entered properly, call the user, if applicable, and verify that the work has been completed.

Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issues, customer records, and restricted County information.

POSITION SPECIFIC DUTIES (Pinal County Schools):

Provide software and technical support and assistance to employees using School ERP Pro.
-
Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
-
Assist in the setup and configuration of the software to meet the specific needs of each school district.

Perform time-sensitive daily, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks.

Stay up to date with software updates and new features, ensuring staff is informed of changes and enhancements.

May include administrative and general support duties as assigned.
- Understanding of public school finance and accounting processes.

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to troubleshoot software issues and provide clear guidance to end-users.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Independent body mobility to stand, walk, bend, and sit for prolonged periods of time and/or drive a vehicle. Manual dexterity to reach and grasp; manual dexterity to handwrite or use a computer keyboard; vision sufficient to see/read; hear and speak to communicate with customers in person and over the phone.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The position is located in an indoor office environment.
The hiring salary for this position is dependent upon experience, qualifications and position funding; starting salaries above the first quartile require additional approval.
