Office Coordinator / Receptionist - Landscaping & Hardscape (Part-Time)

Ledesma Landscaping | Florence, AZ

Ledesma Landscaping is a growing landscape and hardscape company proudly serving Florence and the surrounding communities. We are looking for a friendly, patient, dependable, and highly organized Office Coordinator / Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers while helping keep our office and field operations running smoothly.

This position is much more than answering phones. You'll communicate with customers, schedule jobs, prepare estimates and invoices, coordinate with field crews, and help ensure our daily operations run efficiently.

Experience in landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, construction, or another service-based industry is a strong plus, but not required. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Schedule

Part-time (approximately 20 hours per week)
Monday-Friday
Hours will generally fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Applicants must be flexible with their availability, as scheduled hours may occasionally vary or extend based on business needs, workload, and customer demands.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Respond to customer emails and text messages
Schedule landscape maintenance, irrigation, landscaping, and hardscape projects
Create and send estimates and invoices
Process customer payments
Add and update customer information in Service Autopilot
Help schedule and route daily crews
Order Arizona 811 utility locates
Use Microsoft Excel and other office software
Communicate job details accurately between customers and field crews
Assist with filing, mail, and general office duties

Qualifications

Friendly, patient, professional, and dependable
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
Reliable transportation

Preferred (But Not Required)

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

Landscaping or landscape maintenance
Hardscape or paver installation
Irrigation systems or irrigation repairs
Construction or another home service industry
Scheduling field crews or service technicians
Service Autopilot or similar scheduling software
