We’re looking for compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who take pride in caring for others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents every day.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe, compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders accurately and safely.
Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional resident care.
Supervise, mentor, and support Certified Nursing Assistants while promoting teamwork and accountability.
Educate residents and families regarding care plans, treatments, and health conditions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, facility, and professional nursing standards.
Demonstrate the CARE values through compassionate service, accountability, responsibility, and engagement with residents, families, and fellow team members.

Qualifications

Current Colorado RN or LPN license in good standing.
Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
