Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Aesthetician to join our growing bodysculpting and wellness team. In this role, you will deliver treatments using EmsculptNEO, Emsella, cellulite fat reduction/skin tightening, and RF Microneedling. You will utilize your professional training to perform aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients’ confidence and have the opportunity to sell packages and receive a 10% commission. Your expertise in skincare, spa services, and aesthetic procedures will help create a relaxing, rejuvenating environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your talents, expand your skills, and make a positive impact on every guest’s experience. We are open to offering other aesthetic services that are in your area of interest that you can provide.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of treatments including EmsculptNEO body sculpting, Emsella chair, RF Microneedling, and cellulite and fat reduction/skin tightening machines with precision and professionalism.
Conduct esthetic treatments safely and effectively while adhering to all safety protocols and sanitation standards.
Provide personalized consultations to recommend suitable aesthetic treatments tailored to each client’s concerns.
Maintain thorough client communication to ensure comfort, answer questions, and build lasting relationships that foster repeat business.
Demonstrate product demos and educate clients on routines to enhance their results at home.
Uphold strict sanitation practices across all treatments and work areas to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.

Qualifications

Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for estheticians or cosmetologists.
Familiarity with esthetic treatments, body sculpting, and wellness.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively and provide outstanding customer service.
Strong understanding of sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or setting.
Ability to perform multiple treatments confidently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Sales skills for selling and upselling packages and/or memberships.
